Liveet LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) duly incorporated in Delaware , Nigeria and Kenya with Registration Numbers 4170289, 1944876 and PVT-EYU3G3RE respectively, operates liveet.co website & Liveet mobile app (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to liveet.co, download of the Liveet mobile app, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement with us (“agreement”).

2. Definitions

SERVICE means the liveet.co website and Liveet Mobile App operated by Liveet Entertainment Ltd.

PERSONAL DATA means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

USAGE DATA is data collected automatically either generated by the use of our Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

EVENT OWNER refers to any individual or entity that creates or organizes an event on the platform. This includes, for example, the host or celebrant of a private gathering, or a ticket seller seeking to manage ticket sales for an event through Liveet. Event Owners are responsible for the content they publish on Liveet and for managing their event details within the platform.

3. Personal Data We Collect

When you interact with Liveet LLC through our Services or engage with us as a sales customer or prospect, we may collect Personal Data. Sometimes this is collected on our own behalf and other times on behalf of an Event Organizer using our Services to manage an event. The following sections explain how and why we collect this data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• Information Collected from All Users

Information You Provide to Us

We collect Personal Data from all users when you voluntarily provide information to our Services. This may include when you register for access to the Services, contact us with inquiries, respond to surveys, or browse or use certain parts of the Services. The Personal Data we may collect includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, interests indicated through actions on the Services (such as viewing, clicking, liking, following, or searching), facial images or user-provided photographs, and any other information you choose to provide that may personally identify you.

Information We Automatically Collect

We automatically collect certain technical data from the device and/or browser you use to access the Services (“Automatic Data”). This may include a unique identifier associated with your device, IP address, device and browser characteristics, activity statistics on our Services, information about how you arrived at our Services, and data collected through Cookies, Pixel Tags, Local Shared Objects, Web Storage, and other tracking technologies. This data is collected on a real-time basis to understand your usage and navigation on our Services. Our vendors may collect this data directly to help us analyze your use of the Services. Combined Data

• Information Collected from Event Organizers

Information You Provide to Us

If you are an Event Organizer, we may collect additional Personal Data to support your use of our Services. For example, if you use our payment processing services, we may collect your financial information (such as bank account details or a billing address) and, where necessary, data for tax purposes (such as your taxpayer identification number). We may also collect and verify a phone number via text to confirm your identity and prevent fraudulent activity.

• Information Collected from Consumers

Information You Provide via Liveet Properties or Applications

Organizers may set up event registration pages that collect additional information from Consumers. While Liveet LLC facilitates the registration process, each Organizer controls the data collected for their events. When you register for an event on our platform, the Organizer will receive and may use the information you provide.

Information from Other Sources

We may receive Personal Data from third parties, such as Organizers, other Consumers, social media, payment processing partners, or credit card issuing banks.

• Information Collected from Sales Clients and Leads

If you engage with the Liveet LLC sales team, we may collect contact information such as your name, email address, and phone number. If you consent to a recorded meeting, we may also collect audio and/or video recordings of you.

Event Organizers who use Liveet’s digital invitation platform (liveet.co) provide guest information, such as phone numbers, to send invites. Before sending invitations, Organizers agree to our terms and conditions, which include a requirement for Organizers to obtain consent from all guests regarding the sharing of their information with Liveet LLC.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data

Liveet LLC collects and uses Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. As an event management software provider, we use your data to improve our Services, support event organization, and enhance your experience. Here is how we may use your Personal Data:

• Specific Purpose

If you provide Personal Data for a particular purpose, we will use it only for that purpose. For example, if you contact us via email, we will use your Personal Data to respond to your question or resolve your issue and will contact you at the information provided.

• Organizer Emails

When you use Liveet for event registration or management, the Organizer may gain access to your contact information. Organizers may also import contact lists from external sources and send communications through our Services, which we deliver on their behalf. The Organizer, not Liveet, is responsible for these communications. See “Opt Out from Electronic Communications” below to stop receiving Organizer communications.

• Use of Interest-Based Data

We may use data about your preferences and activities on Liveet to infer potential events or services that may interest you and customize recommendations accordingly. This interest-based data may guide our advertisements or tailored recommendations, including those provided on behalf of Organizers. For example, we may infer that users who follow certain types of events are more likely to participate in similar ones, directing relevant content or recommendations to those users.

• Other Purposes

If we intend to use your Personal Data in a way not covered by this Privacy Policy, we will inform you of the proposed use either at the time of collection or by requesting your consent before such use.

5. Aggregated Personal Data

To better understand our Users and improve the Services, we may conduct research on customer demographics, interests, and behavior using Personal Data and other information collected. This research is conducted on an aggregated basis and does not identify individual users. Aggregated data is treated as Non-Personal Data under this Privacy Policy.

• Event Owners

When you use Liveet’s platform to register for an event, communicate with an Event Owner, or express interest in Event Owner-managed activities, the Event Owner receives the data you provide. For example, if you provide your name and contact information for an event, the Event Owner may contact you with updates or information specific to that event, activity, or service. Some Event Owners may engage third parties, such as promoters or production companies, to support event organization. In such cases, these third parties may also access your data. Please review each Event Owner’s privacy policy to understand how they handle your data.

7. Social Media and Third-Party Connections

a. “Liking” or “Following” Liveet on Social Media

When you “like” or “follow” Liveet on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, we may collect information you share with us, such as your name, comments, and contact information.

Our platform may include links to social media sites, such as Facebook’s “Like” or “Share” buttons. When you use these features, your browser may connect directly with Facebook servers, and Facebook will receive information about your browser and activity.

We may disclose your Personal Data if required by law or in response to legal requests (such as subpoenas or court orders). Disclosure may also occur if we believe it is necessary to (a) comply with legal obligations, (b) protect our rights, (c) investigate potential wrongdoing, (d) protect users’ safety or public safety, or (e) protect against liability.

If we delete your Personal Data at your request, please note that copies of your data may remain in our backup or archival systems for a limited time, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

• Data Retention and Impact of Deletion

We may retain your Personal Data for as long as you are registered with our services. If you delete your account, we will remove your data from our active systems, but it may still be retained in backup or archival media for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons. Even after deletion, your Personal Data may persist in the Event Owners’ own systems or databases if it was previously transferred or shared with them before your deletion request was processed.

11. How Long We Retain Your Personal Data

We retain your Personal Data as long as you are registered to use the services. If you delete your account, we will retain your data for a period necessary to fulfill legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, or for legitimate business purposes. Even after deletion, your Personal Data may remain in our backup systems for a time, but it will no longer be actively used.

13. Opt Out from Electronic Communications

Liveet LLC Communications

We may send you promotional or marketing emails about our services or upcoming events based on your preferences. You can opt out of receiving such communications at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email. Additionally, you can manage your email preferences by logging into your account and selecting “Email Preferences.”

Event Owner Communications

Event Owners may also send communications via email through Liveet software to those who have registered for their events on our platform. While these communications are processed through our system, Liveet LLC does not control the content or recipients of these emails. Organizers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

Retention of Data

It may take up to 48 hours to process an opt-out request. After opting out of marketing communications, we will retain your personal data as required by our privacy policy but will not use it to contact you.

Do Not Track

Currently, we do not participate in any “Do Not Track” frameworks that would allow us to respond to your signals or mechanisms regarding the collection of your personal data.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of initiating informal discussions, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with the applicable rules of mediation. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, the parties may then pursue legal remedies in a competent court of jurisdiction.

Liveet LLC acts as both a data controller and a data processor in relation to personal data:

We are responsible for ensuring that your data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• As a Data Processor: In certain instances, Liveet LLC may process personal data on behalf of event organizers and other third-party partners. When acting as a data processor, we process personal data according to the instructions of the data controller (e.g., event organizers) and ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the data.
